Aluminum clad Steel Wire Re-Winding Machine

Ⅰ. Application:

The diameter of the take-up coil on production line is Ø1250mm. Then the aluminum clad steel wire can be sold directly or used to produce the cables. Different applications require coils with different diameters. This kind of Re-Winding machine is used to change the wire from big coils to smaller coils.

1. Coil diameter for selling:

   The diameter of the coil should be 1000mm or 800mm.

2. Coil diameter for making cable:

   The diameter of the coil should be 630mm or 500mm.
