1. Application
Efficiently remove the oxide coating and rust on the steel wire surface and polish the wire surface. Firstly, bend the inlet wire in opposite directions to remove the rust; Then brush the wire forward and reversely with the high speed electrical steel brushes. Finally, blow the dust on the wire surface with air blowing device.
2. Machine components and working principle
(1) Bending device: 2 pieces of wheels are on one surface, the other 2 pieces of wheels are on one surface, the two surfaces make a vertical angle (hard alloy surface of the wheels).
(2) High speed electrical motor brush: one brush is running forward, another brush is running reversely. The 370W motors drive the steel brushes separately in a high speed. The steel wire passes the core of the brushes while being brushed and polished.
(3) Air blowing device: The compressed air blows off all the dust on the wire surface.
3. Machine characters
(1) The machine is totally covered for safety of the operator.
(2) The machine is environmental，all the devices are inside the covered frame, collect all the oxide coatings/rust into the special hopper.
(3) The machine will not hurt the surface of steel wire.
